Arolatix Partners is an independent consulting and advisory firm serving small and established businesses through moments of change — growth, transaction, and reinvention.
The firm was founded on a simple observation: the counsel available to large enterprises rarely reaches the operator running a smaller business — even though a single decision often matters more. Our partners have led operating divisions, closed transactions on both sides of the table, and rebuilt companies through both recession and expansion.
We are deliberately small. We select clients as carefully as they select us.
